Bryan is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bryan follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The presentation is stunning and each chocolate clearly has its own unique concept. It's nice that the business is local, the staff is nice, and the location is clean and quiet. However, if you're used to Russian or European chocolates and fillings it might not fit your taste palette. For what it it's worth, my bougie friend loves this place and says it's the best place he's tried in the states. I personally didn't like the flavors in the ganache nor the dark chocolate, but the white chocolate is comparable to some overseas ones. I particularly did not like the flavor of the mint, and feel like importing is tastier and cheaper. But maybe the seasonal collections are good, or this is a good place for people who like sweeter chocolates like white chocolate. If you want to try it out, it's definitely a unique place and it's nice to support local businesses. It seems a lot of people like the guy running it and all that. I just didn't like the taste.

Excellent service and the most perfect chocolates. Always love grabbing a 4 pack of these for birthday gifts for the one who has everything. It’s personal and makes for the sweetest gift. Packaging it top notch too, even detailed with little ribbon. Love Truman Chocolates!!

Mitch Truman Siegert & his wife have a first class chocolate shop. I've shopped there since his 1st yr being open. I have never been disappointed. If you are "sweet" on someone & are looking for a special & gorgeous gift for a loved one or someone you want to love you back, you cannot go wrong shopping at Truman Chocolates. I remember buying 3 of the chocolate bars ahead of Christmas. I didn't know for certain if after I ate one of the bars myself, whether or not I was going to "gift" those other 2 bars as Christmas presents or not. That was a tough choice, but I did gift them both to 2 different people, both of whom were quite impressed at how fabulous the bars were. After years of shopping there, even though I am not in often, I've enjoyed watching Mitch's family grow, and he knows me on sight. Make yourself a promise to circle your calendar dates for when you need a tasty treat for a loved one & go see Truman Chocolates!

Went to Truman Chocolates for the first time today and had a great experience. My boyfriend and I got a four pack of the raspberry, coffee, champagne, and red velvet. We loved all of them. In addition, the owner let us try two chocolates that he was currently working on, and to no surprise they were also amazing. Overall, amazing customer service and high quality products. We will definitely be revisiting!
